How To Help Potential Participants Complete The Qualification Form

Support Team member, please sit down with the person you are supporting and briefly explain why they would be a good candidate for the program.

Explain that in order to be considered for the program there are a few steps to qualify. They are as follows:

  1. You, as their Support Team Member, needs to complete the first part of the Qualification Form.

  2. The second part of the Qualification Form is to be filled out by the candidate with your assistance to explain what is required or answer any questions they may have. (Note: The form should take about 5-10 minutes to fill out and submit.)

  3. After the form is submitted to our Admissions Team, they will identify if the candidate is ready for the program and if so, they will be invited to formally apply for a scholarship to attend.

How To Help Potential Participants Complete The Scholarship Form

  2. It is a series of 6 essay-type questions that should be carefully answered. In helping applicants, please reassure them that we are not necessarily looking for the quality of writing, but thoughtful content.

  3. They will receive a link to a Google form that has the application questions.

  4. Once the application is formally submitted, the Admissions Team will review it and if accepted, the candidate will receive a congratulatory email letting them know they have been admitted and will receive further details on dates, times, locations and expectations.
