Our Founder

Rachel Marie is a fun loving, happy woman. She loves anything that has to do with creation from childbirth, crafting, or watching the transformation of a redecorating project- she is passionate about it all! She is a Public Speaker, Author, Mother, and Daughter of God. One of her favorite mantras is, "Every trial or heartbreak I face gives me even greater depths of empathy."

Operations Director

Lisa is a hopeful, intentional, ambitious, compassionate woman. She loves creating - with words, movement and food and sharing her passions through teaching and mentorship. She is passionate about making order out of chaos and developing programs, ideas and people. She is a Mother, Leader, Working Professional and Supporter of Women. Her favorite mantras are “work hard, play hard” and "with God, nothing is impossible”. She is inspired by opportunities to make a difference in the lives of those around her.

Board Advisor

Jennifer Powell is a mother first and foremost. She is an outstanding example of kindness, intelligence, and integrity in her home and community. She has been given a gift as a coach to see what others may not, whether on a soccer field, in a school or helping someone prepare for their next speech. She recognizes the strengths before her and knows exactly how to make weak things strong as she leads her team to victory.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Brandie Paterakis is the owner of Blue Bee Counseling Center, she has a true love for life, and it is apparent in all that she does! Everywhere she goes she creates a fun and energetic feeling for those around her to enjoy. She is filled with excitement and passion working with those with difficult backgrounds. She prides herself on providing a genuinely warm and empathetic experience for those she interacts with during treatment. Brandie does not do anything small scale. The impact she makes on others is large and lasting!

Michael Britton is a hard working, honest gentleman who is devoted to his family. He is great with numbers and has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. He gets great satisfaction out of helping others get a good deal, even when there's nothing in it for himself. He is dedicated in the time and service he renders in his Church. We are grateful he is part of our team!

I.T. Director

Brent is an open-minded, confident, and dependable friend and mentor. As the oldest son in a long line of eldest sons, he loves helping others discover what is most important in life. He thoroughly enjoys snorkeling, scuba diving, and riding his E-bike. He also finds joy in sharing good food and traveling with his beautiful and compassionate wife. Brent sees himself as a blessed son of God, and when facing life’s challenges, he reminds himself, “If it’s not fun, I’m done.”

Donor Relations Manager

Kristi is a creative cook, wife and mentor. Her greatest strengths are her brilliant mind and her compassionate heart! When faced with hardship she reminds herself that, “truth is power.” She feels inspired to help others experience personal and spiritual growth and to help struggling women find a better life.

Sonya Britton is the happiest, MOST welcoming soul you will ever encounter! She has a degree in psychology and in social work. She is the epitome of the following quote, as she herself came form very rough beginnings.

Tessa Partridge is a content woman. She finds joy in serving others, especially children and her family. She also loves to learn and is passionate about finding truth. Her personal and family mantra is “I can do hard things”. She believes we were created to handle difficult situations and that we can find the strength to do so. She is a wife, mother and grandmother, daughter of God and wonderful earthly parents and sister. She is devoted to helping children learn and grow into amazing adults.
